The team that has been assembled by Caring Transitions were fantastic to work with.
This includes-The initial contact who walked the property with me, to the team sorting and photographing, to the team leader in charge of the actual delivery and execution of the sale.the auction items received plenty of views, and in almost all instances, sold for an excellent price.

I am very happy with my purchase from the Caring Transitions' online auction. Caring Transitions provided several pictures of each auction item and made the bidding process clear. Lauren was particularly outstanding when I went to their office site to pick up the lamps I purchased. She greeted me warmly, helped with my pickup, and even showed me additional items for sale. I ended up purchasing some beautiful books and a chair alongside my original lamps. The online platform was easy to use, and Lauren's friendly, professional service made the entire transaction a pleasure. I'm definitely looking forward to future purchases with Caring Transitions.

Early October we experienced the careful care of the Caring Transitions moving team, packing, loading and transporting to our new location. They set up and placed everything correctly. After a few weeks of unpacking I can tell you everything arrived safely, nothing lost or broken.

We also engaged their team to conduct an online auction of all items left behind. This service was organized and carried out by their liquidation professionals . We were pleased with the outcome of our auction. Following auction they finished a final clean out of home.

All levels of services and communication were excellent. They made a difficult move and life transition possible for us. Transitions are difficult and we could not have had better caring help than the teams from Caring Transitions of Central Arkansas.

I thought we were making the right choice when we spoke with Caring Transitions in Little Rock for a moved from a house there to California for my 80 Year old Aunt. Once the items arrived, everything was damaged or broken when it came out of the shipment containers. Not to mention the five pieces of family treasures/antiques we did not receive. We never received an accounting of our items from CT, and only received a donation receipt that was not itemized. Nor did we get it in time to use when we filed her taxes in 2022. We were assured that the packers and loaders on their team were equipped and knowledgeable in how to pack antiques carefully. However, as seen in the photos, this could not be farther from the truth. The photos here show some before and after photos. This isn't nearly all of the broken/damaged things. There are many, many more. As I said - everything was damaged or broken beyond repair. This cost even MORE money to replace things for her to be able to live in her place. And, we had already paid several thousand dollars to CT. They were not "Caring" at all, and we are now forced to go to court for restitution. This I really elder abuse! They completely took advantage of us - me with a disability, and my aunt at 80 years old.

My brothers and I used Caring Transitions of Central AR to take care of the estate auction and remaining items disposal for our dad’s house when we moved him into a senior living facility. With of the three of us living out of state, it was a relief to rely on the team, including Aleda, to take care of sorting the items for the online auction and then helping coordinate disposal of everything left after the sale. They had answers to every question and need we had and patiently put up with last minute changes.

Andy and the team at Caring Transitions were very professional and easy to work with, but also very compassionate towards our family while we were preparing to put our childhood home on the market to sell. It was a relief to be able to do focus on more important things than clearing out the house and distributing items to deserving organizations within our community. It was a win-win. Caring Transitions was a good choice for us because, as we are older, they were able to not only move us out of state, but were also able to help us sell a number of items that we no longer needed as we were downsizing!
But the real plus for us were their staff! Everyone that worked with us was very nice and some of the hardest workers I’ve ever encountered!
I highly recommend them to anyone needing their services!

Caring Transitions is an amazing company. Every member of their team has been professional, considerate and kind. I cannot imagine trying to navigate this move on my own—it was an epic undertaking, but Andy and his crew made it completely manageable and I have enjoyed working with everyone.
