I had a very bad experience with this company.because they are using AI generated software to write your demand letter, your demand letter is obviously had a bunch of problems. I first hired the company 6 months ago reading false reviews on their website and they were doing nothing to my case only charges me $49 with unauthorized charges every month. After I contacted them in the middle . The person I spoke with told me they had a lot of unhandled cases and working on . Please they do nothing. DON’t waste your time and money.

They keep taking money out of my account even when the representative said they’re going to stop the subscription. I asked them to show me there terms and conditions “NOTHING” I wish my integrity would allow me to do what they do to individuals manipulate people.

Save money and get a real lawyer...I wish I could give 1 star
I signed up and paid the initial $49 dollar per month set up fee...then i paid for the demand letter the same day, assuming it would be sent out within a 1 week or 2...30 days later i was charged another monthly $49 fee and no letter was sent...Right after I paid $49 they sent draft...It took them over a month to email a draft of demand letter by then my customer had paid me back and they refused to give me a refund. when I received draft demand letter i was surprised i thought it was already sent because my customer paid me...when i realized the never sent letter I called in to cancel service. The receptionist told me they would submit a request she could not cancel over the phone. It has been a week and I have not heard from anyone...now I'm canceling them thru my bank so they wont charge me another monthly fee...SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GET A REAL ATTORNEY!
I have proof of when and what I paid and the date the demand letter was sent!

Really bad experience. There are lots of mistakes in the demand letter. And I use more than 2 month contact with them to correct each mistakes. Their work is incredible horrible. And at the end told me that because of area issue, they couldn't fill the case which should let me know at earlier then I definitely will not choose this company.

I'm super glad I read the reviews before committing. I stopped the process when it game time to choose a plan. All plans were billed at a monthly charge. After ceasing the form fill out, I received a text message from the company informing me to finish. I responded to the text that I didn't understand why there was a recurring monthly charge. I received two answers that completely skirted answering my question as to why they have a monthly recurring charge. I completely believe the few five-star reviews they have are made up. They have so many one star.

Cape Law promotes itself as a company that your hire for legal representation and to meet your needs asap .

When you initially hire their services they give a call right away for 20 minutes that they charge you 49$ dollars for it . After finishing the call you are then asked again to pay for a new consultation after they offer their services or make you an offer regarding your needs .

Right there they have charged you 100 for nothing than 20 minutes of consultation .
I contacted the company and ask to speak to my attorney as I needed immediate action . I tas told that I had to wait for 2 weeks to get a call back!

After calling constantly and demanding to speak to my attorney I was told that I had to wait or pay for a new consultation regarding my case .

They ended up sending me the document that I asked for way after it was needed and it didn’t meet the criteria of what I requested .

I was treated like a number by them, not a client , that’s why I ask anyone who si considering using this service to stay away from it .

I desmandes a refund for their out of time services since I haven’t used them and it didn’t meet the criteria of what I needed and I was told I would not get a refund , even after they made me lose money, time and effort .

this is a scam do not give them your credit card info. They will charge you $49.00, give you a choice of phone consul times then no one calls. On top of that a month later you get bilked out of another $100.00 and receive an email that states, "Sorry you could not make your phone Consultations. We had to charge you anyway because our Attorneys need to get paid". No amount of email exchange with them get's your money back. RIP OFF WARNING!

This group failed to provide court with documents I provided to them despite multiple requests to do that. I also paid for additional legal advice. I took time off to go to court for a hearing only to find out that their attorney Francisco had provided completely incorrect advice per the judge. I tried to get ahold of someone at Cape Law with no success. Eventually someone from a foreign call center contacted me and gave all sorts of inappropriate excuses and then hung up on me. I wasn’t angry but was firm about the poor quality service.
So…buyer be aware of what you are purchasing.
