After trying two other senior living/assisted living facilities, one being a nightmare, and the assisted living place was nice but not a good fit for my mom, we found Canyon Creek. The staff are very respectful to residents and their needs. The facility is very clean and my mom is very well cared for. Any time I drop by she is with a friend talking and sharing a cup of coffee or watching TV. She's happier now, always clean, well dressed with her hair and make-up done the way she likes. I'm grateful this place exists in Temple, Texas. The staff are living angels and the facility is great too. I encourage anyone that has a loved one that needs more than assisted living can provide to tour Canyon Creek and meet the staff.

Canyon Creek has the most loving staff for your loved one. I always find the aids feeding, helping take the residents to the restroom , & what ever there needs are , they love there residents & have activities for them, not every place is perfect & I cannot say Canyon Creek is perfect but I can say the staff works very hard to keep our loved ones happy healthy clean & I know because I'm there usually daily sometimes multiple times at least 5 plus x weekly if not daily & different times I know what I see & I am glad my loved one is being taken care of by folks who care about her, they do not always have an easy job, but are always kind & caringโค๏ธ

We toured Canyon Creek Memory Care while looking for our mom's next home. I was impressed with the facility in general and Kayla (Marketing Director) in particular. She was enthusiastic about her workplace and the residents. During the tour, Kayla would stop to interact with residents and offer any help they may need. A calendar posted on the wall showed that Canyon Creek had multiple activities scheduled every day. I believe my mom will especially enjoy when bands are brought in to entertain the residents. Overall, Canyon Creek Memory Care seems to be a nice place with caring staff, and I am looking forward to my mother having a good experience there.

This place is amazing! Iโ€™ve been a witness to the exceptional care for the past 4 years. The entire staff is friendly and care about the residents. Kayla, Novotny, Matt, Kaylee, Kimberly are great leaders at this memory care facility. I would trust them with my own family for sure!

We are a very active family and did not care for the thought of placing my dad in an assisted living facility. My mom passed away and my husband and I enjoy traveling and could not be around as much as needed so Arbor seemed like a good option for consistent help. We have been pleasantly surprised with the staff at Arbor House. As a business owner in Temple I donโ€™t know how they find such a qualified staff. Iโ€™m encouraged by the high standard of care and urge others to explore this option if they are needing more help than they can offer to a loved one.

Arbor House takes amazing care of my grandma. After my grandpa passed away she needed a little more help. The staff is perfect and very attentive. We wanted her to move to Houston with us but she wanted to stay in Temple. Arbor House has brought our family peace of mind. We looked at all the assisted living facilities in Temple and this is by far the cleanest and well kept.

After lots of searching, tours, and interviews we chose Arbor House to take care of my mother. They have done a tremendous job and moved the moon to take care of her needs. The staff is amazing and well educated on many levels of care. Through many visits I have gotten to know the management and itโ€™s clear that they love their jobs and love serving others. Wonderful place! Thank you Arbor House.

I placed my husband at Canyon Creek for respite care on two occasions. The first stay was not optimal, but I decided to try a second time (a month later) with more realistic expectations. Unfortunately, the lack of staff is a primary complaint. I only ever saw an aide on my husband's unit once. Usually, one aide was covering two units, or twenty patients. When we arrived for the second stay, my husband's room was not ready, at 2 pm with a week's notice. The staff said regional managers were there and they had not gotten to it. You would think if managers were there, they would have been on their best game as far as care, but sadly, no. On site director not helpful. On a really warm day, office area was air-conditioned, but patient rooms were really hot. Just not enough staff or care.
