Used to bank with them when they were PSCU and it was great, so figured I'd give them a try again. Big mistake! Tried to get a HELOC and they just kept jerking me around, asking for info I had already given them, changing the terms and wasting my time. Finally told them to just forget it. I get the market is volatile right now, but then just don't offer HELOCs as an option. Total waste of time. Wish I had read their reviews first. One of the lowest ratings on every type of loan site.

I purchased a vehicle from a Canvas CU customer who still had a lien from this institution. The money was wired to Canvas. Both the credit union and the customer show that transaction has cleared more than 24 hours ago. The credit union refused to release the title. They also refuse to expedite mailing of the title after their "policy 7 days waiting". Poor customer service!

There was a miscommunication when we called the Meldrum branch and we were told that they had a change machine, however they don't. We think we got a Denver call number. The staff was very apologetic for the mistake. We had to count our change by hand but they were great to deal with never the less so 5 stars to the staff at the Meldrum branch on a Friday night!!!!

It was my first time buying a car, and Elvira helped me out with getting per-approved for an auto loan through Canvas. She was absolutely amazing and so helpful during this process. It was my first time applying for an auto loan and she made the process so easy and very informative. She is an outstanding person to work with and in my opinion an outstanding employee with Canvas. Anyone looking for loans or other banking needs through Canvas should most definitely work with her! She is professional and takes the time to get to know who she is working with, which makes the process even more positive. Look forward to working with Elvira again in the future!

The credit union continues to add rules that make it more difficult to do business. For example, they limit how far out you can pay a bill. This is terribly convenient if you are trying to pay Real estate taxes in installments. They started limiting how much money can be transferred from an external bank into Canvas. The clerks and managers are polite, but they are powerless to solve simple issues. I have already cancelled my business account and will now transition by personal account out of the credit union.

Not a good cashiers work in there!. Most tyrants or UNPLEASANT- Staff… we went in and asked for a banker!. and a young- woman, replied: WE’RE ALL BANKERS!. So I say, we need to discuss a bank loan!. and she said: go ahead!. Not sure if she had a training!. But looks more like the last job she had, was at a liquor- store, by Federal and Colfax…
