The only area I would recommend improvement in is to the let customer know how long opening a business account takes (I was not planning to be there for 1 1/2 to 2 hours). Otherwise, the process was smooth, Anders was knowledgeable, pleasant and helpful and I am very satisfied with my accounts.

I applied for a loan, they said they could help me given my credit score, they came back to me days after they promised they would call back, and then offered me a HELOC, they did a hard pull on my credit, they know I don’t own a property, specified this in the application and verbally. What the hell is the point of ruining my credit with a hard pull when you can’t process an application properly and offer products that I originally asked for, full waste of time and now my credit is dinged by these incompetent people. I can’t imagine what nightmare it would be to bank here if they can’t get something this simple right.

The whole team and bank is amazing. But I truly can’t say enough about Anders Okland. He helped me get started with a Roth IRA, savings and checking. He’s incredibly knowledgeable, great conversationalist, and very helpful. He made the whole process easy to understand and easy to set up. I would recommend him to everyone I know and give him 10 stars if I could!

I have been a member of this bank for 10+ years. Since my time with this bank the service has complete went down. Every time I go into this location staff is always grumpy. Not to mention I have caught fraud on my card before they do( THREE TIMES )now. I called customer service and asked to cancel my card and request a new one to be sent. The customers service rep told me its easier to go in to a location to flag transactions and to request a new card. However, I cannot go to a location due to recent Knee Surgery. It seems like they do not care for service and would rather send you to someone else. What is the point of a customer service line if you are going to suggest going to a location instead of helping? Do not recommend ! This was my final straw and will be closing my account ASAP!

Lunch rush 12/10 1 pm. Two tellers on a window with about 13 members in line. Thankfully I don’t bank here I just had to do a shared transaction. Shared transaction or not the line should be priority. Interested in seeing how many actual canvas members come and back here. General manager not even here to complain to. Perception is everything in banking. Why is the banker just sitting on his computer? Hop on the line and help.
