I wouldnt recommend this place to ANYONE! You will have 1,000 attorneys reach out and you’ll never know who your actual attorney is. Im a single mother of 4 and after 4 months of me running up medical bills they decided to drop my case. Now I have over 8,000 dollars on medical bills I can not pay. I’m struggling enough and this just made life even harder. BUT don’t worry they’ll make it sound real good at the beginning.

They took way too much time dealing with my case. A year later after I got my settlement, I received details of another clients settlement. I responded to the email stating such. They proceeded to send me that clients bank account number and routing number nearly 24 hours later. There is absolutely no room for this type of error coming from a law firm and it's absurd that it's even possible. I'm still awaiting a return phone call from the office manager before I proceed further. I will not be waiting longer than 48 hours.

At no point did I ask for money or services. Their false claim of extortion is an attempt to deflect from their own confidentiality breach.

Instead of applying Georgia’s actual legal definition of extortion (O.C.G.A. § 16-8-16), which requires unlawfully obtaining money, property, or services through threats, the firm is relying on a verbatim Google definition to mislead and intimidate.

Reporting misconduct and asking to speak with the owner is a protected right, not extortion. All communication is logged, and they cannot retroactively declare information privileged after mistakenly sending it to an unauthorized recipient. Their response is misleading and a clear attempt to avoid accountability.
