Ron, Jennifer and his staff are truly the best. I have worked with personal injury attorneys in the past and I have never met one so personal!! He took so much time to help with my mom's case. They reviewed every detail possible, and got us the best settlement (even if it wasn't quite what we expected...that was out of their hands!) The staff is always available for you to ask questions, with quick response times. You are not just a number, you are a person with needs and a life. I can not reccomend them enough. I hope I never have a need, but if I do, this will the office I turn to!! They truly fight for you, and care about your case.

I have to say that if you're ever looking for a GREAT attorney, I'd definitely recommend Attorney Ron Smith and his assistant Jennifer. They have almost become family as we've worked together for several years dealing with my claim (with no fault on his). I really appreciate Ron and Jennifer. I can tell that they really care about their clients and really want to assist you in getting the best deal possible. Ron was meticulous, thoughtful, and carefully reviewed my case. He focused on value-add and listened to what I had to say which many lawyers don't do. He and Jennifer were very knowledgeable and made me feel confident. They were transparent in their approach and it made me trust them and their abilitites outside of them being great people.
