C. David Joyner PC is highly recommended by me and the people who recommended his law firm to me.
The ladies in the office are both knowledgable and friendly. Everyone I spoke to always had time to listen to me. I mean they really listened. That is a rare quality these days and I can not be more impressed
Mr Joyner, himself, took my call on a Saturday. Now, how many attorneys do you really believe would do that? I happened to be very upset that day. Mr, Joyner recognized I was under a lot of stress and stayed on the phone for an extended period of time until I had calmed down.
That really means a lot to me and if you're reading this review Mr. Joyner, Thank you.
Thank you for everything, from your guidance on what to do next to maintaining your humanity after all the years you've done this.

My experience with David Joyner was absolutely horrible. He charge me $15,000 for my case then I wound up getting 15 years in prison. My plea offer at first was 10 years in prison. He advised me to turn it down and do a non-negotiated plea. He strongly made me believe that I would get rehab instead of prison. I could’ve saved a lot of money by just taking the 10 years and getting less time. He was unprepared and unprofessional. The judge gave me more time because David Joyner didn’t know how to fight. I am now paroled out of prison.
