BEST ESTATE SALE COMPANY!!! I would highly recommend Bye Gones to anyone who needs to have an estate sale in northern Colorado. Lisa Lee, the owner of Bye Gones, and her staff were the consummate professionals...punctual, efficient, very fair, hard-working, trustworthy, ethical, respectful, and fun!

I contacted Lisa just 2 weeks before the closing on my house in Greeley and told her that I needed to quickly sell everything in my 2200 square-foot ranch. Lisa came to my house the next day to do her initial consultation and thoroughly reviewed the contract with me. I couldn’t believe that I didn’t have to pay her company anything upfront! They started prepping the house a few days after the consultation (a 2-day process) and then had the 2-day estate sale on Thursday and Friday of that same week! Lisa and her staff miraculously were able to sell almost everything in my house...which just happened to be a few days before Christmas! She arranged for free removal of the items that didn’t sell, which was such a huge help. Lisa met with me a few days after the sale to review an itemized list of everything that was sold. Bye Gones got 35% of the total sales, and I received 65%...which I thought was more than fair considering that they did absolutely everything! I am forever grateful to Bye Gones as I would never have been able to close on my house in time without their excellent services. Lisa Lee has over 13 years of experience in this business. Her services are outstanding...truly reflective of a seasoned expert. Bye Gones is the REAL DEAL...you can’t go wrong hiring this company. Thank you, Lisa!!!

I can't say enough good things about Lisa Lee and her company. My husband and I decided to relocate to another state and downsize our current home. For 2 months, I worked with another company. The sale was to begin on Monday and at 4pm on Sunday, the owner texted to say she had a family emergency (which I later found out to be a lie) and couldn't do the sale. On Monday morning, I called Bye Gones in a panic and although Lisa already had 2 sales going on, she agreed to help out. She was a life saver! Lisa has integrity and she is responsive. In the short time she had to put the sale together, she did an amazing job! I would recommend her to anyone!

I am so thankful for Lisa & her team. We had a ranch that we needed to liquidate in the middle of COVID. With a loaded house, multiple out buildings & more yard decor & farm equipment than you can imagine. We contacted Lisa & provided a 2 month timeline. The team showed up on time, kept us in the loop as to what the days goal was as well as the upcoming schedule. They cleaned & inventoried everything, organizing buildings better than I’ve ever seen. By the time they were done & the auction went live, we could literally look through buildings & see 70 years of life & experiences.

Outside of their amazing professionalism, Lisa went above & beyond when it came to our emotional state caused by the downsizing/life change. Her humanity & compassion left us speechless. I can’t say thank you enough for the empathy that was provided.

The service provided didn’t stop when the sale ended. I received a lot of feedback from friends & family that purchased items saying how personable the team was, and how they made things right when other customers took parts of lots, or they misunderstood a description. They were also allowed to buy extra things during pick up, and from what I was told, those sales all came with some conversation & memory sharing. For that, our friends and family were grateful as 70+ yrs of memories at the ranch were shared by many. Knowing that Lisa & her team listened to everyone of them came as a great blessing!

If you are looking fir someone to handle the daunting task of downsizing or liquidating, and you are able to get on their calendar, I highly recommend doing so. Be reasonable with your expectations & I have no doubt the Bye Gone Estate team will exceed them.

Having an Estate Sale is not an easy endeavor. I know from my own experience of what I speak. Lisa and her Staff always do a great job. The presentation of the items to sell are always pleasantly displayed and I feel pricing is good. If you are a repeat customer, she calls you by name which I personally find very appealing. Lisa definitely knows her business!!

Met lisa at my father's house which is in a nice neighborhood in Greeley, she was rude and told us there wasn't enough money to be made to be worth her time. So much for bygones. She says she recommends other services, but she did not do so with us. This is NOT a fictitious review. She was rude and refused to help
