Upon contacting Scott and his team, he was very prompt returning the call. He allowed my brother Dad and I to have a free Zoom consultation to make the decisions that we made. We feel that he is a very trustworthy attorney and will take care of all business we needed. We are moving my dad’s Will to a trust to avoid probate. He got on it immediately. If I could leave 0 stars I would - my husband and I were looking to get some items taken care of from this firm and unfortunately had the most disorganized and unprofessional experience with Scott. Initially it seemed Scott was willing and able to assist us with our action items, however, his communication completely fell off without apology or explanation. We expressed the urgency to have our needs taken care of soon, in which he advised would not be an issue. However, his actions did not match his words. We never received follow up emails or calls from Scott - to this day. I’m not sure if our action items were not worthy of Scott’s time or if he has been overwhelmed with work - irregardless, we expected transparency and accountability for the lack of correspondence. We will be seeking assistance from another firm who can effectively take care of us.

Scott was very kind & knowledgeable of Probate law.
