He really deserves 0 stars. He is seems very incompetent. He never returns calls. He doesn’t handle your business in a timely fashion and even after the discrepancy is brought to his attention, it is still never resolved. His employees are rude and their customer service sucks! These last few months have been a nightmare and he is not trying to rectify this situation. He can be the poster boy for ineffective counsel! I won’t even mention the state of horror that his office is in but he definitely needs a janitor.

I’ve been with them for over 4 years now and I’m almost complete with my Chapter 13 Bankruptcy and when I tell you they are the MOST UNPROFESSIONAL people I’ve ever dealt with! Called them about certain items on my case and never got a call back nor did they handle any issue I had with my case! The only thing they handled quickly was when my income dropped slightly and they changed my monthly payments, that’s it! I wouldn’t recommend these people at anyone!

I would strongly advise against hiring both Waylan Cooper and Brian Wilson. They mistakenly listed my property on someone’s bankruptcy filing and have refused to correct the issue. The person that filed the bankruptcy is deceased and the law office of Brian Wilson has refused to own up to their costly mistake. Waylan has lied several times about filing an amendment to remove my home from the persons bankruptcy schedule. In my opinion, they feel that I should simply wait until this case goes before a judge to be dismissed due to the deceased person not making payments, etc. How incompetent of a lawyer can you be to allow someone to step in your office and claim a property as an asset without doing the due diligence of checking public records to ensure that the property does indeed belong to the bankruptcy filer? That would be like me walking in their office and listing either Waylan or Brian’s property on my bankruptcy filing and them not being able to do anything about it since I claimed that their home was mine. Please make it make sense. They’ve gone from saying that “they don’t have a client (deceased) to advise them to make such a change” (again, why would you need someone to tell you that the property is indeed not theirs when you guys have looked at the public records yourselves) to “oh we can get this done since the trustee has approved this change. We can have this done in a day or two.” Then it goes from a day or two, to Waylan saying 14 days, to 21 days, etc. if you want competent lawyers, do not hire this team. I can assure you that they will fail you in some shape, form, or fashion once they’ve taken your money.

Haven't had to use Mr, Wilson & staff ( some old & new) in about 6 years. These last few months have been the hardest and I had to file for Chapter 13. His staff welcomed me back with out judgement but with empathy!! I felt a relief of stress come over me when I left his office and reassurance that things will get better! Thank you (The whole AWESOME team) 🤗 for that!!

Not worth even 1 star. Please take my word and take your money to an attorney who will return your phone calls and emails. He will omit information just to land you as a client only to let you find out on your own after it is too late. Not reliable and incompetent. There are other attorneys out there who will do the job and stay with you until the end.. BCW Law Firm is mainly concerned with getting paid.. It's too late for me but not for you... Good luck.. I filed CH 13.. He may be ok with quickie CH 7 but I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM FOR CHAPTER 13..

Well unfortunately I had a very GREAT experience here, everyone I've came acquainted with was very nice and had acceptable attitudes...I was given all information needed to follow through with the process and told about how the monetary benefits that would be paid.. Not only loving the experience with the assistants, there but the Lawyer as well..Great experience here at Brian Wilson's Law firm and inexpensive also!!

They are rude as hell! They don’t return phone calls, hide information from you and lie about what’s going on! They are ONLY interested in getting paid. They don’t care at all about the actual issue at hand!
