The Bourassa Law Group was exceptional to work with. They were very responsive to my questions, very personable, and made my personal health and well-being their top priority. They urged me to seek further medical treatment for my injury, when I thought I didn't need it myself. Everyone I worked with was excellent! Mikayla, Corina, and Brenda were all extremely helpful and pleasant throughout my case process. From the first call with Mikayla, I knew she was the attorney for me. She is honest, truthful, and very personable. Corina is always very responsive and helpful even via text message, which is a plus. I did feel on occasion there was a lack of updates in a timely manner, however I understand their case load is greater than just mine. We were able to come to a resolution without going to court and for that I am very grateful. I would highly recommend Bourassa Law Group to anyone needing services to do with employment. Bernie was amazing from start to finish the intake process was made very efficient, you will have to tell your story multiple times but this is because they want to know the full details so nothing is missed. Very detail oriented. Hoping for a major win!
