Very rude!!! I just asked her a simple question if I had to show my ID every time I pick up my packages because I’m n there every 2 weeks picking up shoes. She got an attitude and said if u don’t want to show ya ID then ship ya packages sum place else and it’s federal law to show ID and I’m not losing my job over a pair of shoes. I will just refuse and send ya packages back!!! And to think I picked her store because it’s a small business when there was other locations that was closer to where I live that I could have picked up at but I chose hers. My bad and to think I was going to buy sum stuff n there for Christmas gifts and stocking stuffers and for my employees. I won’t ever step foot n that store again and will send my packages to the closer location of where I live instead of supporting a small business from now on!!

Older lady said they did not have time to help return item I had brought it. Then proceeded to pick up an item and showed the other lady how bad it was packaged. Then just turned around and threw it on the ground herself. I just walked out.
