Beware I opened a new account and had a direct deposit when you use your card and you see your available balance but to find out the pending is not coming out of your available balance therefore boom your account is overdrawn 900 to be exact. Never should of left chase..

I had a very delicate, very urgent question to ask. I was told only the supervisor could answer that question. I was told the supervisor would call me back. I waited one hour and called again. The supervisor was still busy. Two hours after my initial call, he was still busy and didn 't know what time he would call me back.

Paid off loan on May 9th, 2018. It is May 29th, and they have not done anything to get us our title. We have called three times to no avail.
