The original experience with my closing appeared fine. However, when I requested clarification on my well agreement, the office wanted $450 to look at the paper they had closed for me. As I proceed with listing my property, each time my realtor or I requested information it was challenging to get a straight answer. It honestly took the current buyers agent, the new closing law firm and my agent to finally get consistent reply’s from this office.

Turns out that my one big request I had of them when I bought the cabin didn’t get into the deed. There was no answer as to how this was the result. It turned into a loss for me.

Sadly we hire these folks to do a thorough job because we don’t know how the legal system operates. Just do your homework and truly find a firm that is there for you because they handled the transaction for you. This one mainly just wanted more money from me to answer questions on how they handled it to begin with.

They were great when we closed our house at the end of last year. It was a very smooth process and very painless. They also were willing to help in March when my wife needed a notary and no one was available due to the Virus. Even though this was not a normal business for them they helped us out and let her come in when the local banks and others refused. Great service great people!
