Before court date. I will provide detailed updates after hearing.
Update: I've had 2 conversations with her both have been a waist of time. She twist your words even when they are clear comment. She'll say things like "so what I'm hearing" as if she is the husband and therapist. That's is extremely problematic.
She won't respond to messages or return calls or emails. Put you in a position to not want to speak up.
She also play a "flying monkey" role by delivering information to me my that would rattle my thought process. Court is still not over. I will return with more information when it is available.
Update: she is still refusing to respond. After 2 voicemail and several attempts to call. I'm not sure if the phone is working properly however when I hear hear someone answer but no response once I start asking for her.

I have court in 2 weeks and the court speak highly of saying they never heard anything negative about the no calls or response she and I had to reschedule an appointment and she said that she would be getting back in a few days about a meeting I have emailed her numerous times and called and left voicemail something has to be done
