I regret to inform potential clients of my negative experience with Betsy E Cornatzer PC in her capacity as a Guardian ad Litem (GAL). Despite my numerous attempts to communicate with her over a period of 10 months, she was markedly unresponsive to my emails and phone calls, while concurrently maintaining regular bilateral communication with the other party involved.

As a devoted father of five, I was deeply saddened by the apparent lack of impartiality exhibited during our interaction. I found her demeanor cold, with a noticeable lack of eye contact and open communication during court proceedings. It was disheartening to feel that I was being treated disrespectfully, without any given reason or justification.

The fundamental purpose of a GAL is to make unbiased decisions in the best interest of the children involved in a custody dispute. Unfortunately, my experience led me to question if this standard was upheld. It seemed as though my personal appearance and profile had unjustly influenced the outcome of my case.

I do believe in the justice system, and I remain hopeful that this incident is not reflective of its overall credibility. However, based on this experience, I harbor significant doubts about the efficacy of the Juvenile and Domestic Relations (JDR) system, particularly when Betsy E Cornatzer PC is assigned as the GAL.

Her conduct, in my experience, raises legitimate concerns about her ability to fairly and impartially carry out the important responsibilities of a GAL. Therefore, I cannot recommend her services. I genuinely hope that my review contributes to improving the system and shedding light on the conduct of those in influential positions.
