There was no explanation at all when I was filing my taxes she did all the paperwork on her computer and just told me ending price when she was done when I went in for a estimate I then reschedule with someone else when I got there they told me that they didn’t have me an appointment set with somebody else so it needed up being the same girl from the first time at the end of the day I just ended up filing my taxes with her all though she didn’t explain anything 2 weeks later she calls me saying she forgot to take a copy of my w-2 form when I was already expecting my money to almost be in my bank account and I find out she never even turned them in yet. Very dissapointed they get real unorganized.

This place is a hit or miss! If you go with the same person yearly thats a great thing becuase you trust them but when they have a buffet of employees that change yearly And don't let you schedule an appointment with the person who does the taxes regularly shows they don't care. They favor people. When A friend mine always asked for Edwin to do his taxes he does them. But when we did they gave me a runaround for 1 month! So I asked for the person who did them a year before again another runaround intill finally I was able to make an appointment with her and assured me it was with that person. Good thing I called a couple days before to confirm the appointment They told its not a guarantee or I would have to wait like 2 hours. I said to them I have been patient! and even compromised with so many appointments and you guys always back out. Saying yes then last mintue no. When I asked why I couldnt do my taxes with the person before she said she works with higher clients. 🙄 Um what am I I pay over 2 hundred to get my taxes done. So becuase I am not a higher client. Well that was offensive. I have been really patient I Have had 2 issues with them and the only reason why I went back the second time is becuase they gave me a credit. If not I would loose 200 hundred dollers plus another 250 becuase they made a huge mistake the first time! Made me spend 250 for something to get fixed and ended up not needing to do it so lost money. All becuase the employee who did our taxes was doing the work wrong the whole time. She was new! Like I said its rare for them to keep same employees. Its seems like for regular taxes W2 they just higher whoever for the basics. Thats whats frustrating. But the employees that are really trust worthy are only for "higher clients" becuase THEY KNOW alot is at risk. When We would ask for the owner to double check there employees work for the second time we went he would throw so much shade (again had to go becuase if the credit). He was always making us feel bad just becuase we wanted him to double check. Why wouldnt we your employes made a mistake 3 times. We have a right to feel the way we do. Receptionist was condescending when I tryed to make an appointment. I have had 3! family members who have had issues with them! 3! Always came back with issues! 😓 I assure you the people who put 5 stars are "higher clients!"

UPDATE MAY 2023: this place honestly is so horrible charging to go back to get the taxes revised for something that was your mistake!! And now money has gone to a wrong act # becuase you guys are the ones that put our info in the system and then want to charge to get it fixed. BLAMING THE IRS um no you guys put in info in the system when doing the clients taxes! So no you shouldn't charge! to review the taxes that were done by your new employees! Train better I do not blame the preparers I blame the owner. The owners wife is so aggressive you cannot have civil conversation becuase she gets offensive! I will never forget when i had to make an appointment to gets my taxes fixed becuase one of there employees made a mistake and we had to wait becuase the owner walked in and literally said oh sorry had to eat dinner with my wife. Unprofessional business and no customer service.

Check out Icommtax they have 3 locations and they are family owned never change up employees I have never seen people so professional in my life and you dont have to make an appointment and even are welcome to see the owner and his wife and they can even do your taxes if you feel more sure with them!

Waste of Time and Money, they couldn't complete a simple project. They kept on dragging it out for over a month with different excuses every week. I hired a REAL Professional, yes, more expensive, but they resolved my issue in less than 48 hrs.
