I hired Bertolino LLP when I received a complaint letter from the boards. I immediately called the law firm, and was on boarded quickly. The case was assigned to Mr. Troy Beaulieu and Ms. Melissa Hooper. I was impressed by their dedication to defend my case, and the quality of their work. Eventually, the case was dismissed without further issues. I highly recommend Bertolino LLP(especially Troy and Melissa) if you receive a complaint from any licensing agency. Don't do this alone! Call them!

I found the Bertolino firm was honest about what I could expect the results to be in my case, and I found them very responsive in addressing my concerns as they arose. The only thing I could have wished for--besides lower costs (a silly wish when one engages in legal representation)-- was a slightly easier method of encrypted communication, but that is because I was born in the stone age and am a technophobe. Overall, the lawyer Troy B. and his team were excellent.

Professional, and kind! Bertolino Law helped me with a state board licensing issue, and with their services I was able to apply and be accepted to Vet Tech school. The billing is fair, and they do not take for granted your time and money as a client. Working with them was excellent, and they listened to me and understood my needs.
