Disappointing experience with Closing Attorney James Benefield on St. Simons Island. I was deeply disappointed by the lack of thoroughness in his work and total disinterest in the entire process. It was evident that this closing was not a priority for him and he rushed us through the process . Would have had better interaction with an AI generated attorney!

To make matters worse, the overall demeanor and attitude of James Benefield was unprofessional and dismissive. I felt as though my concerns were brushed aside, no personal interaction even thought I tried to engage him. The office itself is another story, looked like a child's day care center, penned off areas, and plexiglass still in place. I would never do a closing here again.
