Lisa is absolutely amazing as a life coach. There is nothing I can’t ask her to which she doesn’t have a sensible and concise answer. She has helped me push my nerves down and understand that I’m worthwhile and capable at what I do, both in work and in life, which has led me to being able to stand up for myself and ask (and receive!) what I want and need in my relationships. I was struggling with decisions and needed a non- bias perspective. Lisa helped me so much during a that time of transition to work through some goals and plans.
