Sending my wife a bill for a 3 year old debt that she supposedly didn’t pay $20. On one hand it seems like a total scam. On another maybe it’s just the hope that someone pays $20 cause we don’t want to ruin our credit over 20 bucks but also with the f didn’t the original creditor tell her she owed $20

Colorado medicine is a slime ball if this is legit.

In this time, one could only assume that people could understand what kindness and respect mean, and if not, at least, attempt to show an act of kindness by simply using words. BC Services, Inc. has continued to demonstrate the lack of very valuable everyday skills that as a people, we need. At the end of the day, no matter how much or how little your debt is , all a person sometimes simply needs to hear is "here's how we as a company can help you", or "let me do my best to help advocate for you" and not continous, and rude interruption with condescending comments, stating your personal information and reminding you that you owe money. Being kind, patient and graceful doesn't cost absolutely anything. Humility gets us many places and sometimes we find ourselves, such as debt, so why not try to ve helpful instead of rude and disrespectful or dismissive?

They will NOT leave you alone!! I keep getting calls from this person and I am NOT them. Asked to be removed from the call list and I am STILL being called for the last 6 months. Make sure you block them.

I would give them negative stars if it were an option! BC services is garnishing my wages for a domestic violence situation that landed my ex in a mental health facility stay. When I asked them for proof of ownership of the debt they refuse to provide it and tell me that they don't have documents like that. I asked them to provide me proof of me signing anything at the hospital (which I never did because he landed in the hospital for trying to kill himself in front of us) and they say they don't have it, that my ex just said at some point that I was his spouse. They tried to serve me at an addresses that I have never lived at, they have never called, they haven't given any effort to reach me in over 6 years. The "supervisor" is the rudest and least helpful gentleman I have encountered in a very long time. They are taking out over $1000 a month out of my checks. They have taken our grocery money, our rent money, and have essentially ruined Christmas for my little family.

Jack Webb will speak to you as if he is not in control of anything and will act as if everything is out of his hand. He will be of no assistance and when you ask for any documentation he will pass you off to someone who actually knows what he is doing.

Terrible experience. The debt they had was from 2 years ago and we showed full proof of the payments. They also like to ask information not related to the debt, like place of work?

Like many of the reviews on here, they offer very little guidance or help. Can't get online to make a payment arrangement, call and they offer me a payment plan of $300 a month. I told them there was no way I could afford that as I'm currently on Medicaid, so they offer me $100 a month. Still too high currently for me. I thought they had to accept whatever you could afford? I don't know because they were absolutely NO help and even suggested I take out a loan or borrow it from friends/family...

After reading all these reviews going back 6 and 7 years, how are these people still in business

These guys are scam artists!!!! I take full accountability for my medical debt. I was upstanding and had auto-pay set up, my debit card expired. They attempted to call me 2 times. They moved forward with their process, embarrassed me at my job and garnished wages. I had to settle with them to stop the embarrassment.
