Gabriel was amazing and respectful helpful and kind. Threw such a hard time and scary time he made me feel safe and secure he stayed in constant communication anytime i called, i was pregnant and very afraid he was there every step of the way and got me THE VERY BEST outcome in a very tough situation im writing this TWO YEARS LATER because i never forgot him My Kids and I wouldnt be where we are today if it wasnt for Gabriel and his plan and tactic as a lawyer! They DO NOT MEET GUIDELINES FOR PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES!!! The reason was she wanted an atty to for me to become POWER OF ATTY or to see if Guardianship Advocate is best FOR THIS VERY REASON!!! They refused the application process for my daughter who is on the autism spectrum and needs help. I am her Rep Payee and advocate. She was right next to me ready to give permission fir them to talk to me and get her info. My daughter cannot handle this type of stuff in her own, nor can she communicate adequately over the phone per processing disability. I asked the rep how they can adequately communicate with my daughter who has a developmental delay and unable to speak over the phone. They refused to get permission from my daughter to complete the application and there is no way for her to do it in person! I asked for a manager, I was put through to a voice mail & NEVER git a call back!!!
BTW Social Security, DCF & Medicaid, her insurance co. all have no problem asking her permission to talk and get info from me! WHY ARE WE PAYING YOU TAX DOLLARS? MAJOR FAIL!

My attorney/paralegal's name is Gabriel Munoz-Calene. He treated me with courtesy. He was prompt in acting on my case. He helped me understand my case. He kept me informed of the progress of my case. He was easy to contact. I trusted him. I felt comfortable talking with him. I was satisfied with how my case came out. I understood why my case came out the way it did. I really would like the same attorney/paralegal if I had the similar problem. I really believe the service is well known by those in my community.

Usually and in the past Ive had great experiences dealing with Bay Area Legal. TODAY the Attorney was rude, had info all mixed up, would not let me explain my case. Said He only does Familly Law, they dont hrlp with any other matters. I lnow thats false. Ivr gotyon help BEFORE. I FELT VIOLATED, hopeless.I felt that as a women and trying to go against a Veteran whose abused me and my kids, and continues to manuplate the system and me and my kids. I FELT truly violated. ?Its like trying to go against a cop, when your married to one. Still has to be Justice!!!?. God knows and thru faith , I will not give up!!! Karma cant escape. ?✊

2 weeks ago i was screened an had an appointment with a laywer we talked for 5 minutes an she said she had to call me back.
Well i still havent heard back from them and the operator just keeps giving me the run around.. Im still trying to talk with someone about papers ive been served on 7/30 and my dead line has gotten way smaller.. This service seem too only help out females.. This service is paid by tax payers and should help everyone that is in need of help..
