Absolutely poor attitudes, reluctant to assist under any color of law articulated. Refusal to portray the actual venture they've collected under per their website(false advertisement) and sour speaking employees. Like who does that if someone is calling for help?

Seriously was hung up on...no mistakes! I kept on telling this screener I could not hear her and to please speak up. She didn't seem to know much else. So I called back in and hit the operator# instead. So now another 10 min of hold time. Or just dismiss them all together! Better idea

Call this place to try to get some legal help with my civil rights being violated they told me to call a juvenile attorney and said hold will get you a phone number how's that going to help my civil rights this place is a joke another government ran corrupt system!
