I am 70 years old and have never, until recently, sought the assistance of an attorney (except for developing a will or to review contracts before I signed) . I asked a relative, who used to work with the court system, to suggest a good law firm. My relative stated if I wanted an Honest and Reliable firm, I should contact Barfoot and Schoettker.

After making an appointment, I met with their associate, Jase Sayre and provided him with the paperwork. We discussed my case and Jase explained all aspects of the procedure in detail. While working my case he kept me informed of the progress. He fully explained the options available to us and allowed me to chose which avenue I though best.
The result was he recovered a very significant amount (the full amount) of money owed to me.

I highly recommend the Barfoot and Schoettker Law firm. My case was solved in a quick and extremely efficient manner. The costs were very reasonable (no padding the books or intentional delays as I have heard that some law firms do). The interaction was always professional while also being personable and productive. With only a few months left before the two year deadline of my case, I contacted this firm to consider my case. (The attorney I initially hired had unexpectedly retired.) Barfoot & Schoettker agreed to take my case even though they were working against a close deadline.

I was impressed with their care and compassion, close straight forward communication, integrity, diligence and professionalism. Jase and Kay were diligent in keeping me informed about the case and including me in decisions that had to be made.
