I didn't have an appointment, the lady told me that there's not any available spots until next day. But she said, if it happens to have a no-show,she would squeeze me on the schedule in order to solve my problem. So I was able to complete the transaction with Mr. Ethan Sipe, a very dedicated person, very knowledgeable and he stayed after the closing time with the affirmative attitude of to please and help the Bank of America customers !

Absolutely amazing crew!
I ended up in this bank accidentally, guess what! They made my day! They were very nice and kind with fast service!
