I have dealt with Atty Ball on several cases. He use to be my actual go to Atty, so I am confused on what happened. It use to be no problem contacting him or the office, but now communication seems to be a big issue. The business phone is forwarded a lot of times, no return calls, So as far as communication with cases, I don’t think I would recommend at all. He has only been hired for a week on my current case, and I have not been able to actually contact him once concerning the other party communicating with me. This is definitely a red flag already because you would think, once hired, They would communicate that they are representing me and all communication should be done through them. Glad I learned early on this issue.
