Charles Havener and his staff have been a Godsend for my 83 year old Mother! Being a widow on a fixed income and still owning her own home, she was drowning in debt! She is from the generation that is very proud and didn't want to ask for help and felt ashamed for her circumstances. We were blessed to find such a caring and understanding attorney who explained in detail that bankruptcy would be her best option. We completely trusted him after our first encounter and he was kind and caring until the last appointment. His staff is also amazing and helpful. Charles handled our adoption from start to finish, and it couldn't have gone better. He took care of everything personally and followed up with phone calls and updates. I am facing the giants and injustice treatment in Suffolk Virginia. I have been crying out on social media (Facebook Dawn Victory) I am in legal debt because I am being taken advantage of by the state and fighting for my parental rights. It’s so many illegal things going on here I really don’t know where to begin. All I can say to you is that it started with having my child stolen from me from the hands of her narcissist father who has been defaming my character. My 8 year old daughter was forced to sign her signature on a false protective order that kept me from her for 3 years . I have had lawyers on my case that was indeed a conflict of interest and took my money anyway. I have a gag order for crying out on social media and multiple show causes for exercising my constitutional rights . One for making a GoFundMe account. I want to file a complaint against everyone that has caused harm to my family.. please help if you are able to I don’t just want someone to represent me for money but also willing to change laws around here . I am a innocent woman with no criminal record or CPS record but I have been treated like one. Also I written a book to share my experiences with the world praying for change.
