My personal experience with Brad Crider is less than zero. I found him to be incredibly dishonest. But he was able to look me square in the eyes and be less than truthful. The rules of family law are confusing, but some are pretty clear. You disclose everything. So when one party is allowed to lie under oath, not disclose bank accounts, credit cards and move large amounts of money to an account that was never acknowledged, you know something bigger is at play. You pay your attorney and they represent you. They dig through mountains of documents and find the discrepancies and fight for you. I dug through mountains of documents and found the discrepancies and handed them to Brad. I did the work I paid him to do. It seemed like Brad helped my ex husband more than he helped the person that hired him and paid him and was unapologetic for his shortcomings. I asked Brad multiple times for this judge to recuse himself from my case for obvious bias and I was told it couldn’t be done. He told me he had a little exchange with this Judge during another case and he got in good with him. I specifically told him, trust me, I met this Judge before and it won’t matter how good you think you got. He didn’t care for me, but really took a liking to my ex. But my ex needed this very specific Judge and Brad pulled through. The things you learn along the way are bittersweet. There are great attorneys and extremely honorable Judges in this country. Sadly, in Arizona there seems to be a deficit and the Rules of Family Law did NOT apply with Judge Patrick Gard. He cherry picks the actual law depending on who’s in front of him and some attorneys are perfectly ok with that. All facts.

Beware! Hired Brad last year to handle 2 easy cases. One was dismissed because the other party didn’t show up. The evidence for that case was given to him on a silver platter, so not much was needed for that case. Divorce case took 7 months when it should have taken 2 at most. If hired, be prepared to not be communicated with and lied to. Had to file for unnecessary extensions in my divorce case because of Brad. My sister had to step in because he would not communicate, and he still did very little if anything at all. Divorce was final in July, had to wait until September for more paperwork. I have been calling, emailing, showing up in person, and still have not received an invoice, or a return of any unused retainer fees as of December 20 2024. I guess by the recent review on here this is standard practice for a professional law team.

Shared input last year and somehow it’s gone. I wished there was a way to give Brad Crider a (-) for service, professionalism, kindnesses and simply showing empathy. He didn’t work on my divorce and I never received an invoice. I guest that should have been a huge sign for me but I always try my best to be positive.

Brad answered the phone once and said to me, “If I knew it was you I wouldn’t answered the phone.” What kind of lawyer says this to their client?” Absolutely no compassion! I hired another divorce and finally was rewarded my divorce in record time. This means to me that Brad sat on my divorce and did absolutely nothing. Shame on him! People depend on their Lawyers to fight for them!!

FYI-my X requested that all communication come via our Lawyers. Brad didn’t share anything in fact he told me that I would be better off without him. That’s my call, of my lawyers call!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Brad was the worst lawyer I have ever met. He cost me 100's of thousands of dollars due to errors and lack of review of details. He billed me for work he never did. . He negotiated horribly on my behalf.. I would run as far away from him as possible.

I would highly recommend Brad and his team. I felt extremely supported every step of the way. Kelly and Brad’s legal team ensured I was prepared and informed through years of a high conflict custody journey and finally an adoption. I am so grateful for them!

I am so grateful to Brad and his amazing team for their hard work and dedication, during what seemed like a never ending court battle. Brad and Kelly were both extremely supportive, very knowledgeable, and are very familiar/well known within the Maricopa County Family court system. On day one, he asked me what my priority #1 was, and throughout the process he ensured that our #1 goal always came first. When you are experiencing something that will render as one of the darkest periods of your life, having a great team at your back to support, advise, and inform, is priceless. Thank you!

Brad was communicative and attentive to what I wanted, gave me realistic expectations and monitored my anxiety of going through a divorce, I had tried the no attorney let's work together for an amicable resolution and got hosed, he helped me get my child support lowered after my ex made sure to make me loose my job(yes we had evidence) and we are now working on getting full custody or primary custody and full decision making ability, so my kids are safe.

Brad fights and is knowledgable. He cares and gets results.

I owe everything to Brad and his staff. I retained in May 2019, he changed everything. Mine was a nasty divorce battle with several motions and hearings leading up to my final trial June 2020. The hearings are short, so Brad knew all the key points to hit on with the small amount of time we had at the hearings. His motions and pre-trial statements were all spot-on. Brad knew my case very well and was great with his words/questioning during the several trials we had. He was also compassionate and knew I was going through hard times, he did great at re-assuring me that everything will work out fine, and it did. Also, he was aware of all my circumstances and did not try and jack-up the bill like a lot of family law attorneys tend to do. He is a good guy, I will recommend him to anyone.
