Mr James is a really nice and sweet young man, who let me know that he was going to get me taken care of. He really helped me out because he ordered a phone for me about a week ago and it came in and he got it activated for me. He also helped get my stuff transferred over and made sure everything was working properly before I left the store. I wish you had someone like James in all of your stores. He makes everything so much easier for us people who are technically challenged.
