I hired this law firm for my divorce case back in 2023 for my divorce. The case was closed in 2024. Here we are in 2025 and I’m receiving phone calls from Collection agencies, stating that I still owe a balance to them when the case has been closed since last year. The collection agency told me that they reached out to the attorneys office over 11 times and never got a response back. I was informed to get a receipt of the payments I made from the attorneys office and when I went to their physical location, I drove around in circles, trying to find the building, I never found it so I eventually called their office and the operator questioned me asking my name several times telling me that I can retrieve the documents off-line out of my portal. I explain to her that there was no billing information available, and I would like to pick up a physical copy of my receipts. The operator told me to contact the collector because they are the ones I needed to speak with, after that, I was hung up on so after being hung up on, I continue to drive around and search for their physical location once I found the building that they were supposedly doing business out of it looked as if it was abandoned. Which is why I was never given directions and eventually hung up on. This sad and very unprofessional to say the least. They don’t even have a physical office you can go into. I would have been better off representing myself instead of being scammed by this law firm.

I wasn’t going to write a review but after a few days, I decided I should. I will say this.. the 2 young ladies that I conversed with were very nice and “attentive”. I rated 2 stars because I wrote out a VERY detail message to them inquiring about services. I mentioned the reason WHY I needed assistance along with the jurisdictions of my case. After I paid $150 for the consult and spoke with another attorney in office, the head attorney decided to not take my case because of the why I needed assistance and the jurisdictions associated. I’ve been referred out to another attorney and was told they give free consultations. My time, energy and money was wasted. I should’ve been referred elsewhere BEFORE paying $150… such a disappointment.

If I could give them zero stars I would. Came across this law firm last year. I knew I wanted to go with them because they seem pleasant, They was very thorough and I knew they was going to keep me in the loop. After I paid my $1500 for an uncontested Divorce. It was like a bait and switch. I spoke to paralegal Ashley Sim and Mrs. Halloway once. After leaving voicemail, and texting Ms. Sims . I kept getting I will follow up with you later, I will talk to the attorney. That's been going on for a month. Clayton County is already slow, I didn't need my lawyers to be any slower. My divorce was easy. We didn't share anything, we been separated for 3 years. We already have child support in place, we are not fighting. I went to the court, got all the paperwork myself and file divorce on my own. The most frustrating part, I got that $1,500 out of my saving, my last and I paid for nothing. I deserve my money back!
