We’ve been loyal clients of this company for a few years and friends of the owner. The first few years were great. The last two years the communication got choppy when we needed to reach and get questions answered. She apologized and said she would do better this year. We trusted her so we wanted to continue coming to her, but this particular year she started our taxes and never finished. We reached out to every number and email we had and never got a reply. I left messages asking was everything ok and got no response, leaving us missing the deadline and having to find a new tax preparer to right her wrongs. I’m still unaware of what transpired to be treated this way. I’m very disappointed and hurt by here negligence. Prayerfully no one else will be treated this way especially since we were friends prior.
