Mark is an amazing attorney. He is warm and inviting. Hired for my bankruptcy, he explained the process, his retainer is fairly modest, and the process went fairly quick. Ms. Mary is amazing in this law team. She is warm, caring, and very polite. She answered many of my questions I had forgotten to ask initially, and often provided me with reassurance that everything would be okay. The team is honest and very transparent. My wife and I used Atchley law firm for our bankrupcy. The staff were very helpful answering questions and letting us know when each step had to be done. Payment was reasonable and could be paid over time instead of all at once. I feel I made some new friends. If you need estate planning or a bankrupcy give them a call.

Mark was a great help with my bankruptcy. Any questions I had he would respond very quickly. Everyone in his office extremely helpful. The payment plan he has is great so you can move on with your bankruptcy and pay as you go,which was amazing. I would definitely go see Mark first if you're planning to file bankruptcy..
