This facility needs to be investigated and should not be able to work with our court system. Which taxpayers pay? They are the most unprofessional rude Counseling service and should really consider the people that they have in charge Especially in their santa ana office where They refuse services to people and families. I plan on taking further action on reporting them to the state.

I'm glad that my ex wife chose ACM as the monitor facility for our daughter and her. I didn't know what to expect at first, since it was the first time my daughter had to go through monitored visits with her mom. My daughter's monitor, Maribel, would first call or text me to ask if l can bring my daughter to see her mom at a certain time. And I responded, most of the time yes. I would then bring my daughter in and pick her up at the agreed time. My daughter told me she feels safe having Maribel there to make sure she's safe. I thought Maribel did a great job as a monitor. Maribel is a caring person. For instance, when Maribel hears that my daughter's health insurance might get terminated and thus her counseling therapy session may also end, Maribel expressed concern for my daughter's well being. She offered to introduce us to a therapist who she knows can help my daughter, one who's willing to help someone who don't have insurance. Maribel is well suited for her work. I sense her genuine care talking to her. Thank goodness my daughter insurance was fine so she's been continuing to visit her current counselor.
Thanks Maribel and thanks ACM for your great service.

Least professional, bias, disrespect and does not follow legal guidelines. Unfortunately, I am stuck due to non-custodial parent. Monitor Maribel “monitors” multiple families at the same time. I have seen her left my child alone with NCP while she was outside having conversation with someone. I always stay in the car and wait for my kid while keep and eye for any emergency situation. Are they even legally allowed to monitor two different families at the same time? This monitor also lies under oath during court hearing and when my attorney showed the evidence she apologized and stopped talking. My child has told me that NCP brings her food and she eats it while her job is to be non bias and ensure the safety. I have called the supervisor and after multiple phone calls, she finally spoke to me and was extremely rude and told me “don’t tell us how to do our job”. This center is extremely unsafe and should be removed from court’s list of recommendations. They have only one monitor and she is booking multiple in person visits for the same time.

I read the previous reviews written and was shocked to see that people were so negative. First, if we are using ACM, there are issues and attitudes that existed long before ACM. Don't believe every negative post you read, people are quick to nip pick at everything that doesn't go their way instead of looking at the big picture. ACM is providing services that allows parents to have safe exchanges and safe visitations with their child/children. Their top priority to the safety, not coddling parents.

For myself, I want to thank ACM for providing their services for families like mine. Families that require an extra level of safety. Without staff like Maribel and monitoring facilities like ACM, the NCP wouldn't be able to build a rapport with our child.

ACM provides a safe place for exchanges and visits to occur for NCP and our child. We've been utilizing ACM for over a year, nothing else has worked, from curbside drop off and pick up to multiple police stations, NCP has made each place traumatizing for our child. Our child is scared to go to visits as we never know how NCP will behave or what will come out of NCP's mouth (mostly lies and false allegations). Our child has so many negative association with places that should be positive experience.

However, our child feels safe at ACM and with Maribel. Sometimes our child looks forward to seeing Maribel more than the NCP. Our child feels so safe at ACM, our child will share what is going on between them and the NCP (which is comforting and shows that the staff know what they are doing when it comes to the kids).

Since using ACM, I haven't had to deal with NCP cussing at me, spitting at me, calling foul names, or deal with NCP's inappropriate behaviors during our exchanges. The best part is our child no longer has to witness NCP's abuse towards me.

ACM and their staff are professional, straight forward, direct and I can understand how people who lack boundaries take offense and misinterpret ACM as rude. However, that is not the case. They are mediate and facilitating visitation and exchanges and their priority is not parent's feelings but the safety of the children going in and out of that office.

Culturally, I didn't like that they were brief with me but that was because I had been so traumatized by NCP and our previous exchanges that I wanted to know the protocol for every situation that may occur since NCP is so irrational and impulsive. Now that we've been utilizing ACM for such a long time, our child has a routine, I know what to expect from Maribel and ACM, NCP (should) know what their role is in the exchange (by now) and the most important part is our child feels safe with Maribel and at ACM.

Lastly, ACM really cares for families and ensures that their rate is affordable for the exchanges and visits to occur.

I would give this place zero stars, this place should be investigated. Maribel grabs children hard by their arms and forces them to go in the room with her. Shares my childs food with my child this is a stranger with germs and especially with Covid. Angela should also be investigatedshe is rude and unprofessional these ladies do not supervise any of the children and force children making them feel unsaf. My child is afraid. Angela takes everything personal her room is onfested with roaches she loves to flirt with fathers that come in and rude to the mothers. She is a sick individual.

It was a long process in my situation and a lot of time the scheduling was difficult for the first year of my monitored visits but as time went on things seemed to go more smoothly and I wouldn’t have had the opportunity to get to see my son or get on a more normal path with my children without the help of the monitor Mirabel who was extremely patient with our situation.

this place is highly unprofessional and very bias. im not the domestic violent one, yet they treated me as such. my sons mother needs to be monitored when visiting our son yet they treat me with absolutely no respect. I showed up early to pick up my son only to hear the monitor and my sons mother speaking very I'll of me. when I called into the place to inform the manager, the lady called me a liar. their report for the court was overboard ridiculous. I would not ever think of hiring any one of these employees to babysit my child let alone monitor and make sure my child is safe around his struggling mother. it was an uneasy few weeks til court to get the visiting place changed but I just want to call this place out as garbage to warn other struggling families. acm shouldnt be in business or should hire professionals. there is no heart in that place
