I truly understand what happened to you, Julian Eden. Although I don’t think it is the entire office, just one Attorney and I bet it’s not Miles. I retain the other Attorney and for years since the first of September 2020, I been asking for a statement of the work she done. Which I have yet to received. The only things I ever got from her ONCE were Incomplete documents emailed to me and those documents at this moment costing me $1250, because she refused to refund me any money or submit a statement. She is very unprofessional. She loses control when you don’t agree with her. She have hung the phone up on me twice. One time, because I was expressing how unprofessional she was and another time because I call her on her cell. She was my attorney and was upset that I had her cell number. A good attorney give you their cell number. I called also and was told she was no longer there. Why can’t people treat others the way they want to be treated, especially the ones you’re paying to do a service.
Professional, all her clients should have been informed by her of her moving. Sheppard is now in Brunswick…google her that’s what I did. God Blessed

I sent my paperwork in March of 2022. After no response for multiple weeks I contacted them for an update. They told me they would get back to me. After another 3 weeks of no response I contacted them again asking for update. Again, they said they would call me back, no call was ever made. May 31, 2022 I call asking what is going on. Receptionist tells me the lawyer in question left months ago, no longer works there and that there’s nothing they can do for me... *Facts*

*Personal Opinion* The most unprofessional office I’ve ever dealt with. Absolutely unacceptable. I personally would never recommend this office to anybody. Legal zoom can do the same paperwork without the disrespect.

I had a Super Speeder situation and Mrs. Miles was wonderful during the whole time she represented me. Shes very patient and always willing to answer any question or concern you might have as I always had questions for her. Mrs. Monya her paralegal was very sweet about everything and always had a proper and prompt response as well. My outcome was wonderful for that I am greatful thanks to her.
