This branch appears to have normalized the practice of walking up to the drive-thru ATM. As a warning, if you're not in your car, your transaction (including entering PIN) is much more visible to those around you. Also, if I'm in my car, and I see a person walking up behind me, I'm assuming they're going to rob me.

This is the worst Arvest branch in Northwest Arkansas. They are always rude and extremely unhelpful. Their notary public also does not understand basic contract law. This is my 3rd horrible experience there. Literally go to any other branch than this one.

I was a little set back this morning. One person was working behind the counter. The guy was doing his best to keep up with everything all while six woman who worked for the bank stood behind the people waiting for assistance talking about popcorn machine placement. It's pretty bad when you get the feeling that the banks priority is not the customers depositing money into their bank daily but instead it's a party. People and what impressions you give to those people do matter.

Went here to get a document notarized which they say they do if you have an account with them, which I do.
They wouldn’t notarize it because the notary needed to verify my mothers signature on the form and my mother does not have an account. She then told me to go to post office because they could notarize it. Went to post office and they said they don’t notarizations at all.
What an absolutely worthless experience. Will be switching my buisness bank account to a different bank. One that is actually useful.

I have been trying to resolve a fraudulent charge on my Arvest credit card for over a month. I have tried calling twice recently only to be hung up on after sitting on hold for 30 minutes plus. Weeks ago I filed the original claim and was told i would be contacted 7 to 10 days later. Not a peep from anybody. The absolute worst customer service.

I wish I could give negative $1500 stars, as that's how much money Arvest has charged me in overdraft fees, without even notifying me. They have refused to refund me any of it, even though my accounts were CLEARLY linked and they therefore should have taken the overdrafts from the savings account into the checking. Within a span of 6 months, they didn't notify me, and allowed the money to pile up at $5 per day, plus the overdraft charges. Corporate greed at it's peak here! I urge you to take your money literally anywhere else - perhaps choosing a bank with a less ironic slogan would be a good start. My attempts to reason using logic were met with unprecedented stupidity. WORST BANK EVER.
