I am trying to find an attorney for elder abuse, animal abuse, verbal and mental abuse, neglect from unlicensed social workers, deprivation of special diets, administering medication to the wrong clients, withholding important mail and personal packages, being treated like animals, to name just a few of the assaults on our dignity. Arthur LaCilento is an honest advocate for your children. I have had on-going custody and support issues for over 5 years. My first attorney was not getting the job done so I retained Art. It was one of the best decision I have ever made in my life. Art and his office (his wife Susan is phenomenal) took the stress away and handled everything for me. He has been honest in everything from custody issues to support issues to the billing of his hours. I have watched him fight for my children and also educate me on the law. He has been very concerned about the needs of my children and about doing what is best for them. Sometimes we as parents have a hard time separating emotions from legal issues. I would get upset with the system and feel hopeless. Art knows the law well and he would always explain things and get me mentally ready. He has taught me that patience and procedure are very important when children are involved. Because of this, I have had no surprises. He is relentless in his fight for my children and in doing what is best for them. He is kind and has a big heart, but can be a real fighter when it is necessary. First, I would like to say if you are reading reviews for an attorney such as Art, that you are probably feeling worried and have some very difficult times to work through. Rest assured that you do not need to Search anymore.
I understand how this feels and was there as well, I spent hours and days researching and reviewing lawyers to find the most skilled help I could. I had two previous lawyers and I truly wish I had Art and his expertise to begin with. The law he specializes in requires a truly unique knowledge, a heart of gold, and a man that will fight for what matters the most!

Art LaCliento knows the law. He is an advocate for children and in my experience will always do what is best for your child. I retained him to settle custody and support issues and was very happy with the outcome. His office is easy to work with and they are all very knowledgeable. His wife Susan is very detailed and organized and they made a great team while fighting on our behalf. I would not hesitate to hire him again for any family law issues.

Art and his wife Sue are angels from God above. I finally found Art after I went through about 9 Orange County lawyers, who were all either crooks (promised the moon but did and delivered NOTHING yet managed to rack up huge bills) or incompetent. Art was definetely a compassionate person, we got ourselves into a situation where we dint know how to response or take. we were accused of something. ( which i don't want to get into). Art reassured us that he had done so many of these cases. we trusted in him, he knew he's stuff. he also fought for us in court. most attorneys just stayed quiet and followed what the judge would say. but not Art, he would try to prove to them that we did not do what they accused us or. He tried to get things done for us because the judge even requested it. Since he had been handling these cases for so long, he would always have us one step ahead of the court. loved it. In the end we followed Art and the court and our case was closed just recently. I am so happy to have my freedom back. Thank you Art !!
