I'll say that I've never reviewed a state agency of any sort before, but I just had the most professional and pleasant experience working with the Arkansas DOR & SOS. Shout out to Luana at the AR SOS! They've got customer service figured out over there!

The Republican criminal enterprise continues.
They block parking for the public. No other administration did that. Why? Because they know they are oppressive and don't want the public to come and protest. It is unconscionable and uncaring. This Republican Party is racist. Punitive and ungodly. But so are their leaders from the con man to the local Republicans.

This is by far the most organized and efficient Secretary of State Office I've dealt with for Apostille services. Payment and tracking is done online. They received my documents on a Monday, and they returned my apostilled documents in the mail by that same Wednesday.

AWEFUL Customer Service in the UCC Department, Rude, Nasty and Completely un interested in solving issues. I wouldn't even give them a start if I didn't have to!
