Avoid the Arizona Mediation Institute! They do not know what they are doing. The Rule 69 mediation agreement they wrote myself and my ex, both having signed it in front of our attorneys at their office, was completely non-binding. So why pay them a $1000? Your ex can completely ignore the Rule 69 agreement and the Court, attorney's & mediators will do nothing about the violations. They are quite aware the whole process is a scam. The whole divorce mediation process in the State of Arizona is a joke. The State of Arizona simply does not enforce Rule 69 agreements. The attorney's at the Arizona Mediation Institute know this little dirty fact, but do not disclose this to you. And if you do accidentally pay for their services, and they don't work out, then dispute their charge with your credit card. You will win and screw them over for misrepresentation of their services, which is what they deserve. Lastly, consider writing an online review if the services provided weren't properly represented. You do have recourse.

Andi Paus successfully mediated a full settlement of my female client's case. She helped the parties reach a fair and balanced settlement which saved them thousands in litigation costs. My client was very pleased. I think she did an excellent job of being fair to both sides.

I would not suggest this woman to even my worst enemy. She thrives on the emotions of the difficult situation that families are going through for her own maximum financial gain. Her methods are to keep the emotions high in order to cause further arguments between the parties. Of course, when we walked out of Mediation with Judith Wolf, our case became even more contentious. She collected her $2500 for 4 hours of useless mediation. I would also like to add that all she did was basically go back and forth to tell us what the other party was saying. In my case, the opposing party is extremely wealthy and was footing the bill for her fees. She of course immediately sided with the party that was paying for her fees. I walked out of the Mediation.
