If you’re truly disabled then I highly recommend this law office. Took 2 years for the SSA, to find my friend disabled! Time is all formality & waiting. After his first two appeals the court hearing was the one that took! Steven , Earl with Apex, Did a great job representing him! In my opinion he

Steven Earl is FANTASTIC!!! He and his staff took me on a very long journey and helped me triumph in court. The mental health disability process has many turns, and he and his team were able to help me with all of them. Even after my case settled he is a priceless resource for myself and my family. Thanks to Andrew Leyba. He was so helpful in handling my case. He would return my phone calls and answer every question I had, even if I asked the same questions over and over. I applied for disability and I received it with his help. To anyone that needs help and doesn't understand all the paperwork I recommend Andrew. They declined to case my case and couldn’t be bothered to explain why. Further when I tried to call back to find out I got transferred and told to leave a message but never got a call back.
Edit: Well I called back and got the same treatment. "Let me transfer you" No answer. Call back again, "Oh that person and I can't answer that question, let me transfer you to the attorney" No answer. Call back 4 more times, and then finally I got through. Answer: We aren't really here to help, we are here to make money and we want easy cases only. Mine is not easy.

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Apex and Andew Leyba, who handled our case. I was applying on behalf of a family member and everyone warned us how awful it was and that we would surely be declined several times over several years. Not so with Apex. They took our case and in less than a year we were approved. They answered my questions and explained the process to me along the way. Very grateful.

I have to call three or four times to get a call back. The attorneys got paid but I am still fighting for my money. I find it unfair! I would have given 5 stars a year ago when I felt like someone cared. I am widowed and I need the money so bad. I don't understand how the firm gets paid and I have to practically give my first born to social security before they pay me! So frustrated

I did more work on my claim than the form did. Multiple deadline extensions due to paperwork not being submitted on time, paperwork rejected due to being ill- legible because it was faxed not couriered, I had to hand deliver my own paperwork on 2 occasions due to the firm waiting until the last possible minute to submit paperwork even though it was in there possession well ahead of time. Communication was mostly none existent and usually initiated by me. I wouldn't recommend this firm to anyone.
