I have used Albert twice to help serve court papers. The first time was great. The second time, he told me he served the party over two weeks ago and I have been requesting receipt of service since. Over a week ago he told me he was on his way to have it notarized and I never heard from him again. I am sick and close to tears trying to figure out what to do now so that our case is not thrown out of court next week if we can't prove the other person was properly served. I paid for service not rendered and have no recourse.
