I recently hired Roberta Laub-Rode at Amigos Immigration to help me apply for my US Citizenship. I felt nervous and stressed going into this process, but everyone at the firm was very helpful and reassuring. They did a great job submitting the paperwork on my behalf, helping me prepare for my interview, and an attorney from their firm accompanied me to my interview in San Francisco. In total, the process took 4 months from my initial meeting with Roberta to becoming a new US citizen. I highly recommended people who want help applying for citizenship use Roberta and Amigos Immigration. Also, for those who are considering applying for their citizenship - the officers at the USCIS San Francisco Office were very friendly, the process was efficient and speedy, and it was much less stressful than I had anticipated! I had the absolute pleasure to have had Roberta worked on my case this year. She is the kindest person and the most knowledgeable person anyone could have asked to be working on their behalf.
I kinda shopped around for awhile looking for a great lawyer who wasn’t about pay me now and act like a robot in a suit. But at the end my heart leads me back to Amigos Immigration. I’m so glad it did. My case took literally about six months to complete. They didn’t let my case seat and collect dust. Roberta had this calmness about her that makes you feel like everything is going to be okay or at least she will do her absolute best to help. Also her team was extremely helpful.
