I had a discussion about me wanting out of my timeshare and they jump right to bankruptcy. When they started asking about the rest of my debt I told them I didn't mind paying for my other debt that I used. Mr Holt said I would be able to pay for other things and pushed to get everything together. He described two different types of lawsuits and prices and what each did. Well I made an appointment to get this info to discuss with my husband and they were trying to get me to pay 200$ to hire them. I told them I knew he said to make me a client I needed the 200 but I needed everything he said so I could tell my husband the difference. The said to talk to her I needed the 200. So I asked for an email stating everything I was told and I was told they were out of town they couldn't send me the info, file or don't. They were really pushy. I told them I would just find someone who will listen and not try to push so hard to ruin my credit. Bankruptcy is a big deal and they just act like it is this great option to erase your debt with no consequences.
