My partner and I went there for our first time because our family recommended, we never received our taxes in the time period they said we would! There customer service is trash and they don’t communicate well about issues you’re having with them!

Folks are really nice, the only problem was that I wanted to review some of my last tax returns and they told me that the law had just changed and there was nothing I could do about it anymore. I just went to another place this year, and they took care of that and told me that there had been no such change to the law.
