I had the pleasure of working with Patti Chamberlain as my loan originator for my recent home purchase, and I couldn't be more impressed with her exceptional service. Patti's expertise and professionalism guided me through every step of the process with ease and confidence. She was incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and always available to answer any questions or address any concerns I had. Patti's dedication and commitment to ensuring a smooth and successful transaction were evident from start to finish. I highly recommend Patti Chamberlain to anyone in need of a loan originator – she truly goes above and beyond to deliver outstanding results. Thank you, Patti, for your outstanding service and for helping me secure my dream home!

Lorri is amazing, top notch, and highly recommend. She is responsive, very knowledgeable, creative, and looked into several mortgage options for us that helped us purchase our dream home. She gets stuff done, even if it isn't easy.

Deposited a check with plenty of funds from another account. Deposit was approved on the app. Then 2 days later Alpine bank adjusts the amount. Can't trust this institution.

Patti Chamberlain of Alpine Bank Mortgage was terrific to work with through the mortgage process. She is very good in explaining why the documentation requested is needed for the lending process. Accumulating the data can become cumbersome. She provides great insight into what that data is being used for.
She is on top of the interest rate moves and keeps the borrower well informed of rates and options.
I believe that this was a good experience and would recommend her to others in need of a mortgage.

I personally made a mistake where I paid a bill on my phone in my pocket by accident. It was to a credit card company. I paid the whole debt which was more than my account had in my available balance. I don’t pay for overdraft protection and although I expected it to decline. I called the credit card company and they were helpful in telling me that it would be okay but that my bank would have to issue the stop payment. So I call the bank to make sure they knew it was a mistake and that I wanted to be sure it wouldn’t go through. The person said my presumption was correct and that they would leave a note on the payment for someone to see that I wanted it stopped or reversed or whatever. Later that day I got a call/message, it was from a woman named Cathrine that said they couldn’t stop it for some reason and they had to let it post. Well I felt like I had no control over what she said anyway so she let it post. The next day I was frustrated after speaking to credit card company again I called back the bank and asked for an explanation of why they couldn’t stop the payment. She said it was an ACH and that, this is just how it works. I was frustrated again because it really didn’t explain how the bank can lack a simple convenience that is available at other banks and credit unions. Anyways about 25 mins later I get a call from a different woman who says she’s a manager and tells me she’s sorry for the inconvenience and that a reversal would take place within the next 5 minutes. Which it did…… but why couldn’t this be done or explained to me in the first place? Why so many calls why so many managers?….. Well now it’s the Monday after, 5 days later and it’s all happening over again. Same payment, same confusion. Man do I regret fumbling my phone in my pocket but I’m starting to lose confidence in my bank also. I hope this gets resolved.

Listed hours are not for lobby. Drove 2 hours out of my way thinking the bank would be open as advertised here on google, nope, those are atm hours. This bank group used to be great, but I've been nothing but disappointed recently. Probably changing banks soon unless something changes drastically.

Alpine Bank is a great bank that offers personal attention. We recently needed some assistance with a mortgage and Patti Chamberlain and Nikki Clark from Alpine were helpful and thorough.

Peter Smith of Alpine Bank was a great service for us when we recently moved. He is very knowledgable on how to structure loans, and has a lot of experience. We ended up with a really good deal, and the process was very smooth and uneventful. I can confidently recommend him as an excellent lending consultant.
