0 Stars if I could. They didn't file my mom's paperwork with immigration and wanted to hold her paperwork ransom unless she paid an extra $800. She received a letter in the mail from USCIS stating that they were missing paperwork. They purposely don't give out receipts unless you press them for one and the receptionist up front tries to intimidate the customer with an aggressive attitude. These people ought to know what they are doing. My opinion says "scammers" but we will see what the Better Business Bureau has to say about this.

Absolutely ridiculous place. They lost all paperwork no proof or receipts. Please, if you consult with this place, ask for receipts. My mother got scammed out of $2000 and now they want another $800. Also one of the daughters there is so extremely rude saying "oh my god" when a paying customer asks questions, know your answers! very unprofessional!!! 0 stars!!! BEWARE!!!

I feel very sorry for anyone who uses these services especially immigrants that don’t know any better because these people do not care and take advantage of their customers. I went in to get papers notarized and quickly caught on that they were trying to scam me. I have worked close with notaries in the past so they weren’t able to fool me. I went in for 2 signatures and their ridiculous price was over $150. There are many notaries in the Merced area, definitely avoid this one!

Very disappointed with this lady. I called her to get a price on a service she tells me $15 dollars when I got to her office she wants to charge me $60 for a service that any other notary charges only $15. She told me price increased!! I said within 30 minutes I just had called you and you told me 15 and I believed her because I had called others and that’s the price they were given me. I said no thank you and she throws rudely the papers back at me. Waste of time. I end up going to Esther Valencia in Atwater and yes she only charged me just the $15 dollars Esther is Very professional and respectful. Virginia Alonso es una mujer muy corriente y unprofessional.

Virginia is very knowledgeable and experienced with passport renewals and photos including all immigration petitions, MICA renewal, work permits, adjustments, taxes, translations, domestic violence paperwork, and unemployment and more. She also can make copies for anything and is an official Notary Public.
