During my initial visit to Alliance Notary Services, Ivan Castillo provided exceptional service for my power of attorney needs. However, my second visit with Edwing Castillo was quite disappointing. Edwing seemed to struggle in understanding my requirements and exhibited rudeness. To make matters worse, he even charged me extra without any valid reason. I would advise avoiding Edwing Castillo if you require their services.

Most unprofessional notary I have ever worked with, considering I have worked with hundreds of notaries all around the country. Does not have a sense of urgency and does not follow simple instructions. I do not recommend them at all! Of course they will respond saying otherwise because they do not recognize their mistakes.
