If you have an item to be engraved, this is the spot! I have taken a family bell, crystal ornament and brass goblets for engraving and I have been thrilled with the results every time. If they can't engrave an item nicely, they will tell you or make a suggestion. I highly recommend All Star Impressions.

I wanted a nameplate for my cubicle that went beyond the standard. Something big, shiny, stellar, and fantastical!

Amiee was able to turn some stellar photographs I liked into a set of mockups, one of which was exactly like I envisioned, but one of which was even BETTER.

I now have the coolest nameplate in the universe. It's so amazing, it looks brilliant in person, and communication and service was impeccable throughout the process. Truly an All Star experience!

Eric and his team are outstanding!! What is great customer service to me? Great customer service means following best practices like valuing customers' time, having a pleasant attitude, and providing knowledgeable and resourceful resources, but that you also take things a step further to exceed — rather than just meet — expectations. In Feb. 2024, Eric examined a product that I thought would be extremely hard to engrave. He exhibited all of behavior above. The engraved heart for the "Houston Hotties" was the talk of the occasion. Thanks for your time and service. I would recommend All Star Impressions to anyone who needs engraving assistance. They do it all!!

Hands down the best customer service I’ve seen in quite a while. Everyone is friendly and always willing to go above and beyond to make sure the awards I ordered were perfect. I used All Star Impressions for over 30 awards with a very short turn around time. All Star Impressions has given me a great customer experience with help from their wonderful staff! I purchased a beautiful baby picture album from them sometime ago, and they engraved it so lovely. I had been looking all day for a company to engrave 2 names and a wedding date for me. At approximately 3.00 pm I walked into All Star Impressions and I was greeted by Eric, he immediately said yes we can do it. He helped me pick the font that I wanted used and an hour and 15 minutes later it was ready. Very professional and personable. If you need something engraved this is the place to go. Thanks Eric!!!
