I'm a physician with large background of clinical and addiction psychology. This is the worst resort style facility you could ever go to. Their psychologists are self important and spend half the time self preaching. They have no compassion, empathy, or even understanding. Just self pride. Such a shame. This is how they talk about clients (accidentally sent to me). My career was sabotaged but not my life. I got out. Run run from this place 🤞🏾

Below is a secure message sent to me signed by "Dr." Goldman a day following her telling me I'm discharged. I was rightfully upset and expressed this respectfully in group (she was unable to chat for a minute during a mandatory 15 minute break during a 2 hour session for "her mental health". She decided to extend my "treatment" for another $5k for being called out during group. The following day she opened it up to the group of experienced professionals that observed my reaction and gave freely their opinions with each and everyone saying my response was more than appropriate.

Should be no surprise that along with the 15 minute break she also spends the first 30 minutes of each session talking about herself that she retaliated further.

Oh also when I'm paying a premium for care she canceled 3 individual sessions with me in 5 weeks and 1/3 group sessions in a week so she could go on vacation. Pricing stayed the same....

I could write an entire novel about this or that. But if you show up for yourself, they will show up for you. From Noah to Mrs. Baker and Dr. Tami. You guys are my success story to those who need help. Now I won’t put my therapist on blast. However, we have shared more tears than I can count. From this kitchen staff that accommodate every possible request to the folks that make your bed. They are all there for you. Now I certainly won’t forget the barista Harley! Amazing woman and will always have a joke to brighten your morning and a smile that lights up the darkest room. Also, the amazing case managers. Again won’t blow up the ones who helped me and guided me when I was ready to quit on myself. Last but not least Donna in finance, all I can say is “go rabbit go rabbit go rabbit” never in my life seen that response coming. Thank all of you at APN.

Oh don’t think I forgot the medical staff. There have definitely been some ups and downs but you guys always had a smile and a quick response. 🙂

While it was an incredibly difficult decision to receive treatment here, I am so glad I did. APN was just what I needed for my mental health — a safe place with caring staff. I cannot say enough about all the staff; from the CSAs to chefs, to nurses, to the wellness/spa staff… I felt so welcomed and loved by every one of you. APN was the perfect place to kick start my healing journey. A few weeks into my time there, I was able to join a few more directed therapies. I joined the professionals group, trauma group, and EMDR therapy. This helped address my trauma from multiple angles. Above all, APN is a phenomenal place to receive trauma-informed care. I am so thankful I found APN!

Having gone through treatment before many moons ago, what I experienced here was like nothing I’ve experienced before. I think getting away from city views and environments makes a big difference. The community that comes with wanting to change your circumstances are life long and have forever changed my perspective.

All Points North provides a more cohesive approach to recovery than other treatment centers. Rather than focusing on one aspect of recovery, APN ensures that each client improves mentally, spiritually, physically, and socially through a modern and holistic approach to recovery. The process is very individualized and caters to each client and their individual needs. Unlike the archaic 12 step treatment programs, APN listens to the specific needs of the clients and develops a plan for both in-patient treatment and after-care to maintain an individual’s wellbeing beyond their time at APN. I cant give enough praise to the hospitality, therapists, security and the rest of the staff at APN for making my experience with treatment comfortable and meaningful.
