Mr. Kim is a very nice person, he helped me with my live scan finger prints. He was very patient and knowledgeable. He took the time to do them right and even helped other customers while the computer was checking all the information.

Never been here but from what bad things I have read in these reviews,I will not go there. Customer service counts for a lot. I was about to make an appointment before reading these comments. Plus,the passive aggressive way someone from the company is commenting back to some of the comments proves their point. Thanks guys for helping!

I have visited the Mail Center numerous times and the owner is very gentle and kind. He is very professional and honest and people often take that as being rude. He is not rude at all, he is just doing his business. Just because people speak differently does not mean that they are rude. We have to learn to be inclusive and respectful of other cultures. He always take his time to explain to me all my options whenever I go there to notarized my papers and send out my packages. I highly recommend this mail center. In addition, as a nurse, I appreciate the place being sparkling clean at all times.

The owner Kim Woo is rude to customers. He is not professional.I went for passport pictures. I was friendly and greeted him. He was in a bad mood, didn't greet me, and didn't want to help me. I asked him if he could do a retake and he got angry and began yelling at me as if it was an inconvenience. As a good business owner you should treat customers with respect and be accommodating so you can keep loyal customers. If you're thinking on coming here do not. Please read all the negative reviews. Avoid this place at all costs. The service here is horrible. Do not waste your time and money here. This business should be closed down. The business owner should not be allowed to operate. There's better places you can invest your money in. Business's that will respect you and provide great service.

The man Kim Woo is very rude. He was doing a life scan for my son. Mr. Woo was frustrated because the machine was not reading the prints. Woo was being rough with my son’s hands and was twisting his wrist and arm to get his finger prints. After watching Woo a few times, I finally spoke up and told him to be a bit more gentle with my son. I was not rude to him at all but Woo got upset and raised his voice at me. I told him that I wasn’t trying to upset him but he needed to more gentle with his customers. Kim Woo asked us to leave and not to come back again. This man is unprofessional and extremely rude and rough. If you’re planning on visiting this business keep in mind that this man has very poor customer service and people skills. Take your business elsewhere.

I run a business and this is my weekly go to for shipping. The owner is really nice, so professional, and extremely helpful. I love this place because it’s so convenient for all your shipping needs without the hassle of the post office. I would definitely recommend this place. I don’t know how there would be bad reviews with this place because I give it 5 stars!
